This is a sketch of the beautiful Ash cabinet/closet that my husband built along one wall of our bedroom. I so enjoy the grain and warm tones of the wood, and his fine craftsmanship. Quite a project for him to take on in his spare time, huh!? This sketch is a challenge from Everyday Matters, an artsy online group that I have been enjoying participating in lately. (Ooops, I just checked with my husband and the wood is actually Beech–obviously he’s the expert!)

Lovely drawing. You have done justice to this beautifully made cupboard. – lots of light grain. And the cupboard has lots of depth.I think that the colours of the clothes have really bought this out. Very artsy !
