To my Dear Readers, I wanted to let you know that I will be posting only occasionally at best for the next few weeks. I’ve got some big family events coming up, then will be traveling for awhile. In the meantime, I wanted to give you this bouquet from my garden as a small token of my appreciation for you, whether you are visiting for the first time or are a regular reader.

In this age of information overload, I take it as the highest compliment that you would take time to stop by here! I hope my posts have been informative/interesting/inspiring in some way…that is my aim. I look forward to life settling down so I can get back to my blogging routine, and spending more time at botanical art. I’ll let you know about a couple of exhibitions that I am participating in later in the year.
In the meantime, I wish you joy in your endeavors and may you flourish in your gifting, whatever that may be!
This blog is about my journey as a botanical artist--what I am learning, what inspires me and what I am currently drawing or painting. My desire is to continually hone my skills to better express my wonder and gratitude for the beauty of the creation around me in the Pacific Northwest (USA).
